This can happen due to your location in your community or high rise, or where you are using the wireless service within your apartment.

With this form you may request a signal booster, which will enhance the ability of your computer to receive our signal. Signal boosters are available only to current subscribers.

Please indicate below whether you have a service plan that allows for one mobile device or 3 or more mobile devices. As a rule, the Basic Spot service plans provide service for one device. All other plans are 3 or more devices.

All equipment remains the property of Spot On Networks. To ensure your full refund please return the signal booster(s) insured and with tracking if available.

• 1 device ID
  The Basic Spot plan signal booster requires a onetime upfront deposit of $50.00. This deposit will be fully refunded upon termination of your service plan and return of the equipment to Spot On. If you do not return the equipment the deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged an additional $100.
  
  
• 3 or more device IDs
  Signal boosters for service plans with 3 or more IDs will incur a rental fee of $5.99 per month. The fees paid are fully refundable upon return of the signal booster to Spot On Networks. Non-returned devices will incur a charge of $150 less the fees paid.

Adapters are available for issues experienced while in your apartment, not while using the Spot On “common area” access.
