Refunds for unused portions of the pre-paid $199.99 are calculated by multiplying the number of months used x the full monthly rate of $29.99 and subtracting that from your payment of $199.99. In addition, there is a one-time transaction fee of $20.05. For example: if you cancel in your 6th month of service, the refund amount is equal to $199.99 – (6 x $29.99) - $20.05 = $0. Any cancellation from the 6th month on will result in no refund.
