With this form you may request at no-cost to you, a high gain adapter for either your laptop, MAC or PC. It’s easy and fast.

Complete the following form and click Submit. An email will be sent directly to our Client Services Center which will trigger a phone call to you to verify your request. Upon verification the adapter will be sent to the address indicated below. This adapter remains the property of Spot On Networks for the duration of your wireless Internet access subscription with Spot On. Please choose below the kind of adapter you need. This will be verified on the call.

When your subscription expires or you cancel, the adapter must be returned to Spot On. If you do not return the adapter to Spot On WiFi your credit card will be charged $125.00.
